Privacy notice

This notice covers www.ustelecomservices.com (and the usts1.com and ustowerservicesinc.com addresses that forward to it), operated by US Tower Services, Inc. (trading as US Telecom Services). It explains what we collect through this website and what we do with it.

What we collect

Only what you type into a form. There are two:

• The contact form — your name, company, email, phone, the topic you pick and your message.
• The employment application — your name and contact details, home address, work eligibility answers, the role and market you want, your experience, pay expectation, education, availability, employment history, driving and transportation answers, how you heard about us, and your resume if you attach one.

We deliberately do not ask for your Social Security number, date of birth or gender on this website. If we make you a conditional offer, that information is collected later through our internal onboarding process, where it belongs.

We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this site, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Why we hold it and for how long

Contact messages are used to answer you and are kept as ordinary business correspondence. Applications go into our internal recruiting system so our hiring team can assess you, contact you, and consider you for later openings. If you would rather we did not keep your application on file, say so and we will remove it.

Text messages

If you tick the box on the application, we may send you automated texts about your application. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out — it does not affect how we consider your application.

Who else sees it

Our staff who need it, and the service providers who run our systems on our behalf — principally Microsoft, which hosts this website and our business applications in the United States. We share information otherwise only where the law requires it.

How it is protected

The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions travel encrypted and are written directly into our internal systems, which are access-controlled and require multi-factor authentication. The account this website uses to file your application can create an applicant record and read the list of open roles — nothing else.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. The application form saves your progress in your own browser's local storage so you can come back to a part-finished application; that data stays on your device and is cleared when you submit.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@ustelecomservices.com and we will respond. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under state law, including in California — we will honor those requests regardless of where you live.
